Optimism, dedication and reliability are qualities that Veera values. Therefore it doesn’t come as a surprise that colleagues often describe her with these words as well. For Veera, the people are the most important asset to an organization, which is why she wants to make sure that everyone can find their strengths and be motivated at work. Veera’s passion to help people develop and flourish in their career path has lead her to be part of Acumen as HR-Officer.

Before joining the Acumen team, Veera worked as an administrative support in a customer care export team. As an administrative enthousiast she is always ready to use her organizational skills together with her attention to detail to keep track of the employee files and help the colleagues to focus on their area of expertise. Veera holds a Master degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Helsinki, and she has gained experience in teaching, customer care as well as assisting research projects. Veera’s academic background together with her experiences in education and customer care have strengthened her passion for helping people to thrive whether in a classroom or at the office.
