"Understanding people is often as important as understanding numbers."
Originally from Mongolia, Tugso grew up with a deep connection to nomadic culture before moving to Belgium to pursue higher education. His background spans both audiovisual production and accounting—two seemingly different fields that, in reality, share strong common ground in organization, structure, financial planning, and working closely with people in project-driven environments.
Prior to joining Acumen, Tugso spent several years in the audiovisual industry, working in project coordination, budgeting, and production management. His exposure to financial planning in this context sparked a growing interest in accounting and finance, which he later chose to pursue more seriously. What continues to resonate with him is the dynamic nature of project-based work: whether in film production or consultancy, environments evolve constantly and require adaptability, clear communication, and a strong understanding of financial realities.
Outside of work, Tugso enjoys spending time with his family, endurance sports, and long-term challenges that require patience and consistency. He also has a passion for travel and discovering cultures through local cuisine, meaningful conversations, and everyday experiences.
