Sebastian brings together a scientific background with experience in pharmaceutical regulation and EU health policy. Before moving to Brussels, he worked in regulatory affairs in Slovakia, supporting medicines from several international pharmaceutical companies across a range of regulatory activities.
He later completed a Blue Book traineeship at the European Commission’s DG SANTE Medical Devices Unit, where he contributed to work on the implementation and ongoing revision of the EU medical devices framework and gained first-hand experience of EU health policymaking.
Now at Acumen, Sebastian supports the clients across a range of policy topics, drawing on his experience at the intersection of science and regulation.
