Manan Shah is a seasoned global health, advocacy, and policy executive with over 15 years of experience driving impact across diverse geographies and sectors. As Founder and CEO of 1619 Advisors, he leverages his deep industry knowledge and extensive network to deliver strategic solutions for complex global health challenges.

Previously, Manan held the inaugural position of leading global health equity efforts for a Fortune 200 pharmaceutical company, where he spearheaded initiatives to address disparities in healthcare access and outcomes. His career spans leadership roles at industry pioneers such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Novo Nordisk, Biogen, and LEO Pharma.

A recognized thought leader, Manan has served as a speechwriter for global leaders and holds academic appointments at Rutgers University. He also guest lecturers at New York University and American University. He is a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and the Royal Society of Medicine.

Manan is passionate about running and is pursuing the prestigious Six World Marathon Majors challenge.
