Laura Villa had a realisation while assisting Italian MEP, Patrizia Toia during her successful 2019 political campaign. At rallies and meetings with constituents, she witnessed firsthand how culture drives Europe’s progress and the urgent need for political leaders to cultivate a sense of European belonging. Naturally, Laura’s next stop was Acumen where she is passionate about bringing the EU closer to citizens.
Today, Laura provides essential operational support to all our teams on matters ranging from global health and the environment to transportation and energy. With a degree in law, she brings a sharp analytical mind to her work. Laura’s time working on MEP Toia’s campaign has made her exceptionally skilled at supporting events that give voice to issues of major public concern.
