Health policy shapes lives across Europe; we help translate ideas into action that truly makes a difference.

Laura joined Acumen in July 2025 as a trainee, bringing a strong foundation in European law and a growing passion for health policy. With an analytical mindset and an eye for detail, she supports the health team on legislative monitoring, research, and stakeholder engagement across a wide range of EU health-related issues.

Before joining Acumen, Laura gained hands-on experience at Fidal Belgium’s EU & Competition Law Department, where she contributed to regulatory monitoring and legal analysis. She also worked with the French Ministry of Justice, preparing litigation files for the European Court of Human Rights and conducting research on cross-cutting legal questions such as GDPR and private international law.

Laura holds advanced degrees in EU competition law, digital technologies, and international business law from leading French universities, including Paris-Saclay and Panthéon-Assas. She thrives on legal complexity and is committed to supporting public affairs strategies that are both rigorous and forward-looking—particularly in the fast-evolving landscape of European health policy.

Originally from France, she came to Brussels to deepen her understanding of EU policymaking—and is now fully immersed in its dynamic policy environment. She works in French, English, and Spanish, and values the multilingual nature of European public affairs.
