With a strong international outlook, Katalina brings a focused and analytical approach to healthcare consultancy. Combining policy awareness with private-sector insight, she supports clients in navigating complex policy landscapes, translating innovation into clear and effective strategies.
Katalina has developed experience across the sector through roles in strategic communications and international market entry. Prior to Acumen, she worked at a boutique strategic communications consultancy in London, advising clients in precision medicine and advanced molecular engineering, and at the Catalan Foreign Trade and Investment Office, supporting companies expanding into the UK market across food, elderly care, and digital health.
At Acumen, she advises healthcare clients on stakeholder mapping and advocacy strategies. She holds a degree in History and International Relations from King’s College London and is a native English and Spanish speaker, fluent in Russian and Catalan.
As the world’s systems grow increasingly interconnected, the real challenge lies in crafting strategies that keep pace with constant change – that’s where we come in.
