With his unique experience at the intersection of biomedicine, drug discovery, advocacy, and global health, Giacomo is ideally placed to fill the gap between science and policy. Years of experience in academic scientific research and communications combined with his work in NGOs, start ups and think tanks have equipped him with all the skills necessary to provide evidence-based insights to clients.
Giacomo joined Acumen as part of the Global health team to tackle health challenges in the international community which he approaches meticulously using a variety of research tools and methodologies to gain a comprehensive, evidence-based understanding of problems which he developed throughout his doctoral and post-doctoral studies.
