In a rapidly evolving health landscape, Europe’s ability to advance human health depends on its capacity to connect research and industry, foster innovation, and strengthen cross-border collaboration. Sustainable healthcare and better patient access will only be achieved if these links are built and maintained.

With a background in European public health and health economics, Evelina combines academic expertise with practical experience in shaping and navigating EU health policy. Through her studies and an internship at the European Commission, Evelina acquired an in-depth understanding of European policy-making processes and ways institutions tackle public health challenges.  She then joined Acumen, where she advises clients on a range of EU health policy issues, gaining practical experience in addressing complex regulatory and policy challenges.

Evelina holds a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Policy and Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in health technology assessment, market access and pharmaceutical pricing. Her academic training complements her professional experience, providing strong expertise in evaluating health interventions and analysing the economic and policy implications for the pharmaceutical sector in Europe.
