The sustainability transition requires every actor in society, from companies to civil society to governments and beyond, to come together and do their part.
Emma supports the sustainability team at Acumen. She is passionate about effective climate governance, engaging civil society stakeholders in policy processes and building creative alliances to solve sustainability problems. Her professional experiences range from the European Commission’s DG CLIMA, the German Federal Ministry of Finance, and in the NGO sector, working on regulatory implementation, trade policy, and resource governance. Emma holds an MSc in Climate Studies from Wageningen University and a BA in Economics, Politics, and Social Thought from Bard College Berlin.
