Elisa is passionate about exploring how policy and communication intersect to shape effective and multi- level engagement at EU level. She is particularly interested in developing creative approaches that make complex European policies more accessible and relevant for multi-level stakeholders.
This interest has been shaped by her experience at the European Parliament and the Veneto Region Brussels Delegation, where she worked on outreach campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis supporting advocacy efforts across institutional and regional contexts.
Effective and change-driven EU policy relies not only on clear content, but also on the ability to communicate it effectively and engage with different stakeholders. The digital and tech fields are shaped by constant and fast change, which requires companies to stay flexible. At Acumen we build multi-level bridges that turn change into meaningful impact.
