Daphné has dedicated nearly three decades to the vibrant world of communication consultancies, where she honed her expertise in client management across diverse sectors like pharmaceuticals, food, and beverage. Starting her journey at a renowned advertising agency, she later transitioned to PR & PA consultancies, where she managed projects for top-tier clients and championed organizational cultures as an HR Manager. With a compassionate touch, she facilitated growth and navigated change seamlessly, earning her stripes as a counsellor and mental health ally. She spent some time as Head of Talent and Culture at an eco-design start-up that is enabling circularity in the fashion and textile industry.
At Acumen, her role encompasses coordinating HR projects to optimize processes, driving business success and enhancing attraction, retention, and motivation of employees. From appraisals to coaching, she ensures a supportive culture and growth-oriented environment.
Daphné holds a master’s in applied communications from IHECS. Originally from Belgium, she is fluent in French, Dutch and English with a basic command of Spanish.
Certified as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, Daphné brings a holistic approach to her work. She advocates inclusivity and listening, seeing and understanding each individual’s needs to incorporate those insights into the broader business perspective.
