Cedric has a great capacity to advise on governmental, socio-economic, and regulatory issues. For his clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, he takes the extra mile to anticipate the unpredictable.

Cedric is known for his seriousness and enthusiasm. He is always looking for the most optimal solutions for his clients and relies on a plurality of information sources to define the best strategies. Meticulous in his entrepreneurial approach to public affairs, he bases his proposals on a systemic analysis of complex interactions, in order to offer a set of innovative and effective solutions. An experienced negotiator, he will be the go-to adviser when it comes to reaching agreements on sensitive issues.

Prior to joining Acumen Public Affairs, Cedric worked for various governments and a political party. He studied law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and at the Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf. In 2012, Cedric was selected by the US Department of State as a Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellow (2012). He is fluent in French, English, and German and has basic knowledge of Dutch.
