Benedetta
Gioli

Senior Account Manager

“I believe the real value of policy work lies in connecting the dots—between people, priorities, and purpose—and making sure no one gets lost in the process.”

Benedetta is a public affairs professional with a strong background in EU health and pharmaceutical policy. She has worked both within the European Parliament and in leading Brussels-based consultancies, where she supported clients on a wide range of issues including access to medicines, women’s health, rare and chronic diseases, pharmaceutical legislation, and intellectual property. Her work bridges policy, communication, and strategy—helping turn complex legislative processes into opportunities for impact. She has hands-on experience in legislative analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector coordination, having worked closely with industry, patient organisations, NGOs, and EU institutions. Whether drafting speeches, building alliances, or guiding teams, Benedetta brings clarity, energy, and a collaborative spirit to everything she does.

Before entering the world of public affairs, she worked as a legal consultant in Amsterdam, focusing on pharmaceutical and IP law. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Florence and a Master’s in European Studies from Maastricht University.

A native Italian, she speaks fluent English and conversational French—and never misses a chance to combine a good policy debate with even better food.
