Trainee

Despite living in an ever-changing world, some lessons can be learned. The recent Covid-19 crisis is another reminder that to achieve health for all, we need to think systemically, break siloes and promote multidisciplinary collaboration. Acumen’s culture is in line with this movement, which makes it an exciting place to work!

Agathe’s main drive is to participate in ensuring that all people enjoy their right to the highest attainable standard of health. She has pursued this by studying Psychology at University College London, specialising in health psychology and behaviour change, and by later studying Global Health at the University of Geneva and Boston University, specialising in HIV/AIDS and LGBTQIA+ Health. With the intention of getting to know different health actors, Agathe has worked for research-action/advocacy projects in large public and global health institutions as well as on the field with smaller mental and sexual health promotion NGOs. Agathe is taking her motivation to promote health for all by bringing together all relevant actors and breaking silos to her trainee position at Acumen, along with her determination, systemic thinking, and attention to detail.
