For Zarina, payroll is where precision, people and legislation meet. With professional experience in Belgium, Germany and Japan, she has developed an international perspective on the day-to-day realities of payroll and HR administration. 

From managing payroll for teams in Germany at Superdry to supporting employees and HR teams at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Naf Naf and Cassis & Paprika, Zarina has worked across the different stages of the payroll cycle. Her experience includes contracts, variable compensation, working time, leave, employee data, as well as employment and social legislation. Her experience also extends beyond payroll. In Germany, she contributed to HR administration and training projects, while in Japan she supported recruitment activities, particularly for IT profiles. Working across different countries and HR environments has given her a practical understanding of how people, processes and regulations come together in everyday HR work. 

Bilingual in French and Persian and fluent in English, Zarina also has working knowledge of German and Dutch. Her international background has taught her to adapt quickly, stay attentive to detail and, above all, keep the human side of HR in mind.
